We do our best to get your pet's nails as close to the quick as possible. Our ability to get close to the quick is determined by your pet's behaviour during the service as we do not want to cut the quick. Cutting the quick can be painful and will result in bleeding. Some pet's are unbothered by this event but many will develope a strong aversion to future nail trimming attempts. Our goal is keep your pet safe and comfortable.

For Dogs: Full grooms, bath & tidys, style (no bath), tidy (no bath), bathing services of any kind and mini makeovers all include a nail trim. 

For Cat & Small Animals: All services include a nail trim except teeth brushing.
